Here’s everything you need to know before and after your order.

🔁 30-Day Returns

Not the right fit? No problem. We offer 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered.

To Qualify for a Return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused

  • Tags still attached

  • Hats must be returned in original shape (no bends, creases, or stains)

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

No Exchanges

To keep things simple and efficient, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:

  1. Submit a return (if eligible).

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures you get your replacement faster and guarantees availability.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at feltycreativewares@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Ship your item back securely.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
